This is a very nice example of the very hard to find Springfield Model 1896 KragJrgensen Carbine, which still has an intact saddle ring and sight guard. It does look to have seen long service, and is worn on the exterior. However it comes complete with an original 1905 Dated Cavalry Carbine Leather Saddle Scabbard by Rock Island Arsenal! These are very hard to find, especially with the brass fittings intact, and it
