It has a raised top with a most beautiful strong coloredblue turquoise and smaller turquoises on the sides. As you can see in the pics, absolutely wonderfulsilver work with filigree and dorjes. The silver has quite some patina, which could of course be carefully cleaned. This cuff bracelet will fit best a medium size wrist. It is not adjustable. All the stones are in their setting
