There is not mark on it that I can see but certainly it is an example of American art pottery c

where one wants to acquire all of the cards of any given set

with a lid that slides through a notch in the side of the box and then through two tiny pins

almost exclusively to the blue paint (documented in one photo) but very little paint loss around the edges and overall bright and crisp

And while the posts of the "cage" are near straight, the hand of the maker is felt all over this. C. early 20th century I believe, with nice general wear to the edges corners, just as there should be. 3 3 8" x 7 8" x 7 8". Very good condition.
