It is still equipped with the original iron ramrod

those existing Enfield-Martini A pattern walnut stocks required the brass stock cup re-siting to correspond with the long levers' tip

but the maker is unfortunately no longer visible

hence the name "BREN"

They are serial number 09970 and dated 1945. The foot trap plate is marked U. S. and DOVER. They measure approximately 13" by 28". Excellent wood and sinew, Pliable leather, No cracks or splits in the wood. They don't come any nicer than this! Born out of
