This example is offered in very good condition the M7 bayonet is marked BOC for Bauer Ordnance Co

New Jersey ranged far and wide from 30 December 1944 to 25 January 1945 on her last cruise as Admiral Halsey's flagship

It is decorated with a well detailed BeVo style bullion embroidered eagle insignia on the peak and and an open silver BeVo embroidered wreath surrounding a tri-color cockade on the band

It does however show multiple nicks / dents in the edge

but it is overall very nice condition

This is a lovely all original example of a Model 1935 German WWII "Double Decal" helmet, with a Luftwaffe Eagle decal on the left side, and a "National Colors" decal on the right. The use of the second decal was discontinued in 1940, and in 1943 it was ordered that helmets with the national colors have them removed, so finding a helmet with both still intact is a real treat!
