Otherwise it is fully in tact

A bit of ink smearing to the the "r" in Floor but overall very good condition

along with a clean tear to the lower right edge

And what a beauty of an object, too, with these beautifully bold hand painted black capital letters against white painted ground, and a gorgeously weathered surface
