This is a rare Japanese Imperial Guard Officer Visor Cap has a body of light brown green fine woven wool. The top panel seam features red piping, matching the color of the red wool cap band. Center of cap features a bronze Star over a Wreath which is the insignia for the Imperial Guard. The visor has some minor flakes and cracks in the leather. The chinstrap is in good condition and held in place by two bronze
