The 2023 Pavelot Savigny ls Beaune Blanc is a Chardonnay dominant blend with a touch of Pinot Blanc, drawn from two parcels: Les Planchots, with 55 year old vines on deep sandy soils, and Les Vermots, younger vines on hillside limestone. Organically farmed, 12 months in 25% new oak. White
