This is a very nice example of a standard issue black leather hardshell P 08 holster, which was used by German forces during WWII. While holster is not marked on the back with the standard "P. 08" designation, it is undoubtedly for a P. 08 Luger, as indicated by the shape and the compartment on the lid for the Loading & Stripping tool. The rear of the holster is marked with a Waffenamt WaA107 proof between the two
