As with most aspects of German life during the period, colorful signs and insignia wwere used to instill a sense of unity. What we have here is an HJ Wimpel (Pennant), which is marked on one side in goldgelb (gold yellow) thread with Spielschar Heining (Game Playing Group Heining).
