Chunky Old Ball and a Half in Cage Whimsy with Best Patina interchangeable parts 2 5/8" t x 2This one is lot about patina and presence and feel in the hand, but also about the form of the carving, which has a sort of voluptuousness to it, and especially that sort of half ball, atop which the fully round one can rest when turned right side up. I find its protrusion quite satisfying, as if it were in the process of pushing its way out of the wood and into the world.
