I purchased it from a British dealer and believe the seascape depicted is the English coast

The signature at bottom right is pretty good too, sorts of Arts and Crafts in style. It's fairly thinly painted, and there is a small tear just to the right of the girl's red hair, and a patch of tiny black spots (maybe even fleabites) on
