Nach der zweiten Destillation mariniert ein gekochtes Huhn mit Frchten aus der Region, Chilis, Zitrusfrchten, Rosinen, Zimt und Nelken. Nachdem das Huhn vollstndig mariniert ist, wird es in die dritte und letzte Destillation gegeben.
