Charlotte Perriand developed it with Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret from 1927 onwards, and Cassina has been producing the series under license since 1965. The loose cushions in the distinctive tubular steel frame still define the Bauhaus style among 2 seater sofas today. This black leather piece shows slight age related signs of wear and is in a well maintained, used condition.
