A prediction is written down on a post it notepad. The spectator freely selects one of the cards, and it matches the prediction perfectly. For the kicker, the performer reveals that all of the other cards are completely blank. The chosen card with the drawing happens to be the only real option from the very beginning, proving the performer's absolute certainty.
