A Mint 13th Waffen Mountain Division of the SS Handschar (1st Croatian) Volunteer's Collar Tab consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac measuring 78 mm x 65(Waffen SS Kragenspiegel fr Mannschaften der 13. Waffen Gebirgs Div. der SS "Handschar"). Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey hand gripping a scimitar, flanked by a mobile swastika, the reverse showing classic Dachau style white threading, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), in unissued and near mint condition.
