No Sapiens 2023 Sudouest Produced organicallyA unique red from a single dry farmed vineyard near the Pacific Ocean in Baja California. The nearly 70 year old own rooted vines are planted on sandy granitic soils and produce fruit from an unidentified grape variety that remains a mystery to this day. Hand harvested grapes ferment in concrete tinajas before aging in a combination of stainless steel and older oak. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfur, it is vibrant, savory, and built
