Hongell Grenache 2020 La Zafra French red wine from MinervoisA fresh and elegant Grenache from the organically farmed Hongell Vineyard near Tanunda. The old vines grow on Biscay clay soils and are hand harvested before fermenting with native yeasts, including a portion of whole clusters. The wine macerates for three weeks and ages in neutral French puncheons for nine months, resulting in a bright yet structured Grenache that highlights purity and balance.
