Instituted in 1883. Type II (1903 1922). In silver gilt, a lovely grand cross badge in a white and blue enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials, double headed crowned eagles in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features St. Sava in red robes, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed vb b b (Ones Own Work Achieves All), the reverse medallion presents the years 1883, the badge is surmounted by a large crown, marked on ring
