Constructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a stylized belt surrounding a raised letter R, circumscribing a central chariot drawn by two horses, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and flattened vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 40. 28 mm (w) x 49. 93 mm (h), weighing 17. 2 grams, in extremely fine
