It states that Oberfeldwebel (Senior Sergeant) Hans Guntermann received the Eastern Front Medal on November 15, 1942. The document is signed by an Oberfeldarzt and Chief Medical Officer of the Military Hospital Wuppertal Elberfeld, the name is indecipherable.
