Constructed of silver and gold, on a fixed loop and ring for suspension from its short period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with finely pebbled arms, the obverse with a central gold medallion bearing the monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse with an analogous medallion bearing the Roman numerals XX (20), unmarked, measuring 37. 6 mm (w)
