It includes a split image focusing screen, waist level viewfinder, and an A12 6x6 back. Of note: while we have fully tested the A12 back, the insert is off by one digit: it's coded 547, while the back's serial number is 548. This is the correct insert for this back, and spacing and interaction are perfect, but if you're picky about matching inserts, there you go.
