Consisting of an eight pointed double overlaid sunburst pattern constructed of dark grey wool and silver aluminum wire threading, with a central black machine embroidered swastika trimmed with silver aluminum wire threading, on a white cotton disc, within a circular laurel leaf wreath constructed of gilded tombak, joined together at the bottom by a banner
