An Em/Nco’s M41 Tropical Field Cap, French Manufacture consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac the inside lined with off-white(Kriegsmarine Tropenfelddienstmtze). An extremely well preserved Kriegsmarine EM NCOs M41 tropical field cap, constructed of a tan coloured cotton blend. The cap is fully surrounded by decorative side panels secured in place by machine stitching. It is flanked on each side by dual ventilation holes, reinforced with bronze eyelets. Stitched into the peak is an insignia in the form of a tan coloured cotton blended backer bearing a golden yellow machine
