The artwork is framed under glass and from the private collection of Myriam F. Nader. It is in good condition. Joseph Jean Laurent was born in Croix des Bouquets, Haiti, in 1893 and died in 1976. A self taught painter, he worked as a tailor in Port au Prince and Grande Rivire du Nord before beginning to
