Mallsoft Orange 2023 Bourgogne Eight white grape varieties fermentedA playful skin contact blend inspired by the Mallsoft music genre, created by Joe Swick through tasting and blending different lots in the cellar. Grapes come from organically farmed vineyards across Oregons Willamette Valley and Washingtons Columbia Valley. Each variety macerates on skins for 45 days, is foot stomped daily, then pressed and aged in neutral French oak. Bottled with a minimal intervention approach, the wine reflects Swicks philosophy
