Constructed of red cotton twill, bearing double sided white cotton discs overlaid by dyed black mobile swastikas, each disc sitting just off centre in accordance with national flag regulations (intended for one sided display), the hoist edge reinforced with a layer of white cotton twill featuring a hollow channel through which is looped and original rope for suspension, the obverse of the hoist edge retaining a fully intact manufacturers
