It states that Wilhelm Gtz from Geislingen (southern Germany) has been a member for 25 years in the German Warriors Association (Kyffhuserbund). The document is dated to Berlin on November 23, 1935 and carries a facsimile of federal leader Wilhelm Reinhard (18691955), SS Obergruppenfhrer, and a recipient of the Pour le Mrite
