Germany, Luftwaffe. An Em/Nco Overseas Cap Hold measuring 71 mm (w) x(Luftwaffe Schiffchen). A well preserved Luftwaffe EM NCOs overseas cap, constructed of dark grey wool. It is fully surrounded by fold down side panels, gently sloping toward the front. Stitched onto the peak of the cap is an insignia consisting of a dark grey wool backer bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, measuring 75 mm (w) x 40 mm (h) overall. Stitched onto the panels directly beneath the eagle is
