Multi piece construction, the base and star insignia in silver, the star with nine emanating rays, with a single emanating ray between each star point, all the rays bearing an engraved angled cut design, the outer edge intricately engraved with a series of repeating petals, the central insignia featuring the sun, crossed kukris and a pair of feet, along with the five
