Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse with a central raised German national eagle clutching a HJ insignia, within a ribbed border bearing a raised inscription of BLUT UND EHRE (BLOOD AND HONOUR), the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and code 24 for maker Friedrich Linden, Ldenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in very fine condition.
