A seven armed silver star with green enamels and ball finials, with clusters of three hand carved silver rays in each quadrant, obverse centre in red enamels featuring the calligraphic inscription "Relying on the Assistance of Almighty God, Abdulaziz Khan, Sovereign of the Ottoman Empire", with an upward facing crescent moon in silver gilt, reverse centerpiece in silver and bearing a trophy of arms
