In its hardshelled case of issue, Lithuanian coat of arms and marked "III." (3rd Class) on the lid, maker marked "Huguenin Frres & Co Mdailleurs Le Locale (Suisse)" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, lightly scuffed bottom, case also extremely fine.
