It is constructed of a heavy card stock binding with a red canvas exterior liner. The interior content consists of 208 white paper pages detailing the military career of Manfred von Richthofen, as well as the history of Jagdgeschwader I (The Flying Circus). The text is supplemented by an array of black and white photographs.
