and double inner plain dark brown braid

It was transferred to the Pakistan Army on independence in 1947

at the age of 67 and is buried with his wife in Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa

Constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver aluminum and gold bullion wire edelweiss, within a silvery grey knotted oval border, unmarked, measuring 54 mm (w) x 68 mm (h), in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
