We’ve brought together some wildly aromatic Riesling and Grüner Veltliner from the Eden Valley and Henty to make a Pét Nat bursting with citrus freshness

Its extreme temperatures (hot days and cool nights) help to produce Pinot Noirs of exceptional intensity

Individual vineyard batches were fermented in small open-top fermenters for 5 to 15 days
