It is hardwax for prime conditions when the snow is silky smooth, fresh, and not too cold, 1C to 6C. You could use it on regular violet conditions with a binder, but Extreme Hallgeir will be your better option with It's durability. The Violet will still give great grip, glide, and release in It's respective conditions.
