Germany, Luftwaffe. A Pewter Stein, By Georg Sturm, 1938 Hold maker marked in Birmingham in(Luftwaffe Erinnerungskrug). A very well preserved commemorative Luftwaffe pewter stein. Presenting in a classic Bayreuther Eichala format, it features a stout casing with a curved handle connecting to a lid affixed to a swivel hinge. The lid bears an engraved Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, and is topped by a detailed acorn finial.
