Sparkling Rose NV Southold Farm + Cellar From Brand to Marto toAn extra brut, vibrant sparkling wine made from 100% Blaufrnkisch grapes, grown on the steep, mineral rich slopes of Haloze Hills. Crafted using both traditional and modern techniques, the wine undergoes a brief 4 hour maceration, followed by a cold fermentation. Its secondary fermentation preserves freshness, resulting in a crisp and varietal focused sparkling ros with playful bubbles.
