A rare Terek Cossack volunteer Officers overseas cap, constructed of smooth field grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side walls which are scalloped toward the front. A band of silver aluminum wire piping fully trims the outer edge of the crown, while the front third of the side walls are similarly trimmed with identical piping. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a
