Orange Cubique Pierre 2025 Jelu A dry and flamboyant expressionA vibrant skin contact blend from Pierre Bannwarth, who joined the Pirouettes collective in 2022 and now works alongside his father, Stphane, at Domaine Laurent Bannwarth. Grown organically on limestone and clay soils, with Demeter certification, the grapes are hand harvested, fully destemmed, and macerated on the skins for seven days with regular foot crushing. The wine rests on its fine lees in stainless steel for five months before being bottled
