Constructed of silver with gilt, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with a central gilded medallion bearing the monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse with an analogous medallion bearing Roman numerals XX, unmarked, measuring 37. 62 mm (w) x 42. 37 mm (h), weighing 14. 0 grams, in very fine condition.
