Constructed of red cotton rayon blended cloth, the exterior overlaid by a white disc measuring 8. 5 cm in diameter, in turn bearing a machine embroidered black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 18. 5 cm (w) x 10. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating minor soiling, in near extremely fine condition.
