Constructed of black wool with a card stock core, the obverse bearing three bands of interwoven twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, the outer edge featuring a buttonhole reinforced with a magnetic metal grommet, unmarked, measuring 25 mm (w) x 130 mm (l), in uniform removed and extremely fine condition.
