Three piece construction, silver gilt, inscribed "STELLA DELLA SOLIDARIETA ITALIANA" on the reverse cartouche, 56 mm x 59 mm, elongated suspension loop with original ribbon, light contact, scattered gilt wear, better than very fine. Contained in original case, black leatherette exterior with Italian insignia, interior marked 1836 JOHNSON, velvet medalbed, with original
