Ancestral Blanc 2024 Calabria velvety tanninsA naturally sparkling ancestral method white from calcareous soils in the Costers dOrdal. Organically farmed vines are hand harvested and gently pressed whole cluster, with fermentation beginning in old oak and stainless steel before finishing in bottle to create bubbles. Disgorged after extended time on lees and made without added sulfur, the wine is light, energetic, and mineral, combining orchard fruit with fine texture and bright acidity.
