Constructed of white cotton twill, the peak pinned with an aluminum insignia in the form of a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, measuring 60 mm (w) x 42 mm (h) and retaining both attachment prongs, with a metal snap button situated directly below the eagle to lock onto an accompanying cap, the rim reinforced with a layer of white rayon, the interior encompassed by a white rayon liner and
