This flag belonged to Troop 171 based out of Santa Ana, California, under the historic Orange Empire Council. The flag features a traditional horizontal bicolored design with a prominent green circular emblem in the center displaying the classic Boy Scouts fleur de lis insignias. Sewn lettering and applied central emblem with reinforced hoist edge and metal attachment clip at
