Germany, RAD. A Senior Leader’s Belt Buckle, by F.W. Assmann & Söhne certificate_of_authenticity 25 Year Long Service Cross(Reichsarbeitsdienst Grtelschnalle). Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular wheat stalk wreath, surrounding a central raised Reichsarbeitsdienst (Reich Labour Service RAD) insignia in the form of a raised shovel head defaced by a mobile swastika, the reverse with a clip and swivel attachment claws, maker marked with the logo of F. W. Assmann & Shne, Ldenscheid, with a manufacture date of 39, measuring 45 mm in diameter,
